Requesting a return

Log in to the account you purchased your goods with at remusuomo.com. If you purchased as a guest you must create an account using the email address you supplied to us when making your purchase. This allows us (and you) to track your returns process and ensure that everything is proceeding as expected. When creating an account from a guest purchase, our system will recognise any purchases previously made using that email address and add them to your order history.

Click on MY ACCOUNT and you’ll see recent orders presented here. On the far right you’ll see an option to VIEW ORDER, RETURN & REFUND. Click Here.

This will display all of the information from this particular order, starting with where it was billed and shipped to.

Scroll down to the items you ordered and select the items you’d like to request a refund or exchange for. Click on the RETURN / EXCHANGE SELECTED ITEMS button

This will copy across the information from these products into our Returns Request Form. Specify if you’d like to request a Refund or Exchange, the reason for the return and, if you’re seeking a replacement garment, please specify the size required or the product code of the replacement item.

PLEASE NOTE: If requesting an exchange for an item which is a different price, we will refund the full price of the returned garment and you can then purchase the different garment as a new transaction. Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been returned to us and checked.

UK customers only - Specify a return date more than 24 hours in advance, the address you’d like to have our courier collect it from and any special instructions regarding arranging the collection.

Click the REQUEST A RETURNS AUTHORISATION button to submit your form.

What happens next:

Our customer service team will review your request immediately (during office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). If the return is valid under our returns policy we will email you to confirm details of your return. If you do not receive this email notification within 24 hours please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at [email protected]

UK Customers

Our courier service will collect your item and once collected, bring it to our distribution centre within 2 working days, where the return will be logged and the goods checked to ensure they meet the criteria set out in our returns policy.

Once confirmed, our customer service team will raise a refund and / or organise dispatch of your replacement goods and you will receive an email notification from our system confirming a refund has been processed and / or a new order has been placed.

Depending on when you set your collection for, we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 working days of your return reaching us. You can keep up to date with the progress of your return by logging in to your account and viewing your original order. Below the detail of your original purchase you’ll see “About your Order” and we will update this section as your returns process completes.

ROI Customers

If your return has been authorised by our customer service team, we will email you a pre-paid return label via email. You will need to print this label, attach it to the front of your parcel and take it to your nearest An Post post office. To find your nearest post office, please visit www.anpost.com/Store-Locator
